Your access to the Martin Tipton Pharmacy - Tyler mobile application and websites, including co-branded Martin Tipton Pharmacy - Tyler-affiliate websites (collectively, the “Martin Tipton Pharmacy - Tyler Digital Services”), is subject to the Martin Tipton Pharmacy - Tyler Privacy Policy, HIPAA Privacy Notice, and these Terms of Use.
